Terms and Conditions – Pakwin Game Platform Rules

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pakwin game platform — whether through the website at pakwingame.org, the mobile app, or any associated service — you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a binding agreement between you and pakwin game.

All financial transactions on pakwin game are conducted in PKR. The platform currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods:

All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address and payment method.
• Bonus funds are credited separately from real-money funds and displayed as bonus balance in your account.
• Wagering requirements must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the specific promotion page.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino and sports betting contributions are stated per promotion.
• Bonuses have an expiry period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of credit. Uncompleted wagering requirements after expiry result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed.

The platform also offers slot games, fish games and live casino with real dealers. The following rules apply across all gaming and betting activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled or modified after placement unless a specific cash-out feature is available and activated before the relevant event outcome is determined.
• In the event of a technical error affecting a game outcome or odds display, pakwin game reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to player balances.
• For cricket and other sports markets, pakwin game follows standard settlement rules for that sport. In the case of match abandonment, result reversal or DLS method application, settlement follows the official governing body's result.
• Live in-play betting markets are subject to suspension at any time — this is standard practice and does not constitute grounds for a complaint.

• Accessing the platform using a false identity, someone else's credentials or a payment method that is not your own.

Pakwin game monitors account activity for patterns consistent with prohibited conduct. Where an investigation is ongoing, accounts may be temporarily suspended. During a suspension, you will not be able to deposit, bet or withdraw. Any funds held in a suspended account under investigation will not be released until the investigation is concluded.

You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed to your registered payment method. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited on closure.

Pakwin game may suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Fraudulent activity, money laundering or prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.
• Your account fails identity or age verification.
• You have opened multiple accounts in violation of the one-account rule.
• Your account has been inactive for an extended period as defined in current policy, and attempts to contact you have been unsuccessful.

In cases of termination due to breach, any real-money balance remaining after deducting voided bets and forfeited bonuses will be returned to your registered payment method following investigation. This process may take up to 30 days from the date the investigation is concluded.

Pakwin game reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
